We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. In case you confirmed the order by mistake or you find something else more interesting soon after placing the order, you can cancel the order within 24 hours of confirmation. In case you opt for the EMI option, then the order cannot be canceled after confirmation.

In highly unlikely circumstances, if the product received by the customer is broken/damaged, the customer is required to inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product. In the opinion of ikOOji, if the product is broken/damaged, it may be ONLY returned/replaced, or any other corrective measure may be taken, as deemed appropriate by ikOOji, to address the issue.

After 24 hours of delivery of the product to the correct address, ikOOji will not be able to accommodate any cancellation or replacement requests.

We highly recommend that you or the customer, be present at the time of delivery to check for any possible manufacturing defects. Should there be any, please inform us immediately at info@ikooji.com or call us at 98100 78568. You can even drop us a message on WhatsApp on the same number with the image clearly showing the damaged product.

In case of the wrong product being delivered, ikOOji will immediately get it replaced with the correct product. However, if at the time of replacement, the earlier product gets damaged by the customer, ikOOji holds the right to charge in full the price of the product + the shipment charges for the replacement.

In case of any refunds- A Refund will be credited to your account within 20 days from the day of your refund request made on your purchased item. You can request for your refund by dropping us a mail at info@ikooji.com.

In case you have opted for 50% advance payment option, cancelation is not accepted after 24 hours of placing the order. Advance is forfeited in case you wish to cancel the order 24 hours after placing the order. In case of delay in payment of the balance 50%, warehouse charges of ₹ 500 per day will be levied from Day 8.

In case of returns, two way shipping and handling cost has to be borne by the customer.
